Owner Angel Ortiz, established Murky Water Tactics in 2020 with a passion for responsible firearms ownership, professional training, and hands-on industry knowledge. What started with NRA pistol instructor certification and firearms training has continued to grow into a full-service firearms and NFA business built on professionalism, experience, and dedication to the shooting community.
Since then, I have expanded my credentials by obtaining my Federal Firearms License (FFL Manufacturer) and Special Occupational Tax (SOT), allowing me to legally manufacture, build, sell, and transfer firearms and NFA items including suppressors, short-barreled rifles (SBRs), and short-barreled shotguns (SBSs).
In addition to firearms training and NFA services, I recently earned my gunsmithing certification, allowing me to offer professional firearm upgrades, maintenance, repairs, optic installations, trigger work, and custom firearm builds.
Murky Water Tactics also proudly partners with AO3D to develop innovative 3D-printed suppressor solutions, combining modern manufacturing technology with practical real-world application and testing.
